f-inference

ABOUT / WORK PLAN

Six work packages. One shared mission.

A coordinated plan spanning scientific research, optimisation, deployment, demonstration, impact and project management.

PROJECT STRUCTURE

How the work connects.

WP2 defines requirements; WP3 and WP4 develop optimisation and inference methods; WP5 integrates and validates the framework; WP6 maximises impact, with WP1 coordinating the entire effort.

WP1

Project Coordination

Management, scientific and technical coordination, quality, innovation management, ethics and policy briefs.

WP2

Research Scope Specification

State of the art, pilot requirements, data collection and the architecture of the f-inference Framework.

WP3

Optimisation Strategies

Techno-economic optimisation, collaborative training, peer-to-peer fine-tuning, early exit, compression and profiling.

WP4

Adaptive and Efficient Inference Execution

Distributed inference, cross-platform compilation, adaptive caching, communication reduction and query routing.

WP5

f-inference Framework

Infrastructure, instrumentation, deployment pipelines, orchestration, experiments and evaluation in the pilots.

WP6

Outreach, Impact and Social Inclusion

Communication, dissemination, standardisation, liaison with EU initiatives, exploitation and sustainability.
